Regalien, our department of administrative and public law, assists and counsels public authorities at, federal, regional, community and local levels in such areas as procurement, planning, etc.
It also supports public authorities wanting to set up new institutions, such as an independent operating company, or to develop public-private partnerships.
The department has a wealth of experience working with the Belgian Council of State (Conseil d’État), the Constitutional Court and the courts dealing with disputes involving authorities.
