Si le personnel des h\u00f4tels est vis\u00e9 prioritairement, les clients sont \u00e9galement concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Le modus operandi criminel<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019arnaque est connue depuis belle lurette, mais elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 perfectionn\u00e9e. En substance, les arnaqueurs contactent sur WhatsApp les personnes ayant r\u00e9serv\u00e9 une chambre d&#8217;h\u00f4tel. Ils connaissent alors tous les d\u00e9tails de la r\u00e9servation et les utilisent pour convaincre leur victime qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit bien d&#8217;une demande \u00e9manant de l&#8217;h\u00f4tel. Apr\u00e8s quelques questions anodines sur l\u2019heure d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e par exemple, ils sollicitent les donn\u00e9es de la carte de cr\u00e9dit et tentent d\u2019inciter la victime \u00e0 effectuer un paiement. L\u2019un des indices de l\u2019arnaque a trait au num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de l\u2019appelant, qui est souvent \u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Comment ont-ils obtenu toutes ces informations sur la r\u00e9servation me direz-vous\u00a0? Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un piratage du compte \u00ab\u00a0Booking\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019h\u00f4tel par un classique hame\u00e7onnage. Mais \u00e9galement en utilisant un logiciel malveillant intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bugsfighter.com\/fr\/remove-redline-stealer-malware\/\">RedLine Stealer<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb, lequel permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer \u00e0 partir des navigateurs web diff\u00e9rentes informations telles qu\u2019identifiants ou mots de passe enregistr\u00e9s, informations de carte de cr\u00e9dit, etc. Ce logiciel est install\u00e9 par le personnel de l\u2019h\u00f4tel lui-m\u00eame, apr\u00e8s que les cybercriminels se sont fait passer pour des clients d\u00e9sireux de conna\u00eetre l\u2019emplacement exact ou d\u2019annuler une r\u00e9servation.
