Tel est par exemple le cas lorsque le but poursuivi est la protection de la vie, de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 corporelle ou encore la lutte contre le vandalisme.<\/p>\n<p>Si en elle-m\u00eame l\u2019installation litigieuse, qui couvrait le parking et l\u2019entr\u00e9e du personnel, permettait effectivement d\u2019atteindre le but \u00e9voqu\u00e9 en dissuadant, respectivement en d\u00e9masquant les auteurs d\u2019infractions, plusieurs points ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme probl\u00e9matiques en termes de pes\u00e9e des int\u00e9r\u00eats en pr\u00e9sence.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments comme la sortie des employ\u00e9s (qui permet de savoir quand ils arrivent et partent ou encore avec qui ils parlent ou partagent un v\u00e9hicule), l\u2019absence d\u2019agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 op\u00e9rer des contr\u00f4les ou encore le fait que des tiers ne puissent \u00e9viter le champ de la cam\u00e9ra ont-ils convaincu le Tribunal cantonal de refuser l\u2019installation litigieuse.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision doit inciter les employeurs \u00e0 restreindre la vid\u00e9osurveillance \u00e0 des situations exceptionnelles et \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier, pr\u00e9alablement \u00e0 toute installation, la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 de leur d\u00e9marche.<br \/>\nDans le canton du Valais, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que plusieurs entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 peu s\u00e9rieuses proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 des installations \u00absauvages\u00bb, soit ne respectent aucune norme de droit du travail ou de protection des donn\u00e9es.
